Seneca Gaming aims to reopen Niagara gaming floor sometime tomorrow afternoon; Reopening of Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino to be determined
NIAGARA FALLS, NEW YORK-BUFFALO, NEW YORK-SALAMANCA, NEW YORK: (December 24, 2022) – As the region continues to battle treacherous winter weather, Seneca Gaming Corporation announced that the gaming floor at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino will close at 3 PM today, December 24, 2022.
“This decision is being made in consideration of the safety of our team members who have been on property for several hours, and those who are home and unable to safely make it work,” said Seneca Gaming Corporation President & CEO Kevin Nephew. “Our team members have been incredible over the past few days, and we appreciate the dedication of everyone who has contributed to our full-team effort.”
Seneca Niagara remains open for the several hundred hotel guests who are currently staying on property. Limited amenities will be available for most of the day. At this time, Seneca Gaming Corporation aims to restore gaming floor operations sometime tomorrow afternoon, Sunday, December 25, 2022. Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino remains closed, with a re-opening timeframe still to be determined. Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino remains open, with limited amenities.
